These invoice terms apply between you and this store when you purchase goods, tickets, or services and choose to pay by invoice.
When you choose to pay by invoice, we offer you the option to pay 30 or 60 days from the date we ship the goods or tickets for delivery, or from the available date for services or digital materials. We assign our claim for payment for your purchase to Klarna Bank AB (“Klarna”). Klarna will send you a payment instruction, and you will pay directly to Klarna. If you have previously opted into Klarna’s aggregation service Monthly Invoice, the invoice will instead be included in your monthly invoice. This means that all invoice purchases you make during a specific period will be consolidated into a single invoice rather than being sent as separate invoices for each purchase. The credit period for each individual invoice included in the consolidated invoice varies between 14-45 days, depending on when during the aggregation cycle the purchase was made and the goods/services were delivered/shipped. All invoice purchases activated before the cutoff date are included in a monthly invoice. Purchases activated after the cutoff date will be included in the next month’s invoice.
For payment with a 30-day invoice, we charge an invoice fee of 0 SEK per purchase. For payment with a 60-day invoice, we charge an invoice fee of up to 49 SEK per purchase. In case of late payment, a reminder will be sent to you, and you will be required to pay a reminder fee. If your purchase amount is below 60 SEK, a fee of 29.00 SEK will apply; if your purchase amount is 60 SEK or more, a fee of 60.00 SEK will apply. If payment is not made thereafter, the claim may be referred to debt collection, where additional collection costs may apply.
When you choose to pay by invoice, Klarna performs a credit check. If a credit report is obtained, you will be notified of this and will receive a copy of the credit report by post or email. We do not inform banks or other lenders of a credit inquiry, and it does not affect your credit rating/score. Klarna processes your personal data to fulfill our obligations under this agreement and for other purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be found here or on our website, and by using Klarna’s services, you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. We process your personal data for purposes such as identification, customer analysis, credit assessment, marketing, and business development. We may also transfer your personal data to selected partners (such as credit rating agencies), which may be located outside the EU/EEA. For more information about how we share personal data, your rights regarding this, how to contact us with questions, or how to file a complaint with a regulatory authority, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations you have under these terms. To the extent not otherwise permitted under applicable law, Klarna may, at any time, assign or transfer these terms or the rights and/or obligations under these terms, provided that such assignment or transfer does not disadvantage you and does not change the rights and obligations you have under these terms.
